My range of knitted merino wool capes needed a special setting, to emphasize the boldness and colorfulness of my designs.
So I created the perfect models for the occasion: bright and sophisticated, yet quiet and modest enough
to cede all the limelight to my knitwear creations. They turned into a work of art by wearing one.
The designs on the fabric are first drawn by hand and screen printed,
then fed to special knitting machines, which can produce large “paintings” (1.50 x 1.20 m) like these.
Knitted by Vienna based knitter Luppi-Werner.
